Our chilli powder is stone-ground in small batches from sun-dried red chillies at our family mill in Angamaly, Kerala — the same mill Vareeth & Co. has run since 1989. There's no blending with fillers or anti-caking agents, just chillies ground fresh to order, so the colour, aroma, and heat come through the way they're meant to.
